A professional blue lightening powder formulated with blue pigments to neutralize unwanted yellow tones that can appear during the l ightening process. Pure Blue Light Powder is ideal for lightening services such as traditional foil highlights and dye-stripping. It lifts hair up to 7 levels while helping to combat brassiness or yellowing for a neutral finish.
Mix 1:1.5 for freehand or 1:2 with foil using Coactivator Cream 10/20/30. Application time: 45 minutes. Achieves up to 7 levels o f lift.
